Duck Soup E-Commerce is a boutique web design and e-commerce services company specializing in the BigCommerce platform. Since 2011, I have worked with hundreds of BigCommerce store owners to help them establish, improve and enhance their e-commerce websites and marketing efforts.

As a BigCommerce certified partner, I am dedicated to providing quality web design and e-commerce services at an affordable price. My clients have included startups and small/medium sized businesses from all industries, including apparel, gifts, toys, home decor, pet products, specialty foods and more. I enjoy learning about my clients’ businesses and love helping them create websites and strategies that improve sales and increase exposure for their brand. I have nearly 20 years of experience in e-commerce, working at both startups and established online brands. My background includes roles in merchandising, analytics, usability, online marketing and web design. Prior to founding Duck Soup E-Commerce, I was Director of Marketing at Shoes.com, where I managed a team of 8 marketing specialists and oversaw the website’s usability and customer experience. I have also written multiple books on e-commerce, including "E-Commerce for Everyone" and "60 Killer BigCommerce Tips & Trick", both available at Amazon.com.
